About this assignment

A dog lover who is kind patient and has experience and is willing to spend lots of time daily with my dogs. Abby would love a walk but Bailey isn't able to walk far.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

I have 2 female standard poodles, Bailey is an old gal at 14 years old but she is so sweet and smart. Abby is 4 years old and also very sweet, and a real character. She is energetic and loves to play. Loves walks and chases balls. I really want someone who will care for my girls.
I don’t expect housekeeping or gardening except for cleaning up after yourself.
I have housekeepers who come in and clean every 2 weeks.

What are the good features of the property and location

Two story Tudor house, that has 4 bedrooms, fireplace, woodstove...
The backyard has an inground pool with a rock surround including a slide a jacuzzi, and a "rock cave bathroom. The pool is enclosed with fencing. The house is on one acre of land. With fenced backyard. We are located on a dead end road.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

We need someone who is willing to live at the house and spend a lot of time here. Both dogs are used to my husband and I being at home most of the time.
Bailey is old she is Hard of hearing (like me) she has cataracts and is not as sharp as she used to be. She receives medicine (pills) daily.

Can I bring my own pets?

Yes
Restrictions: No cats but another well behaved dog would be ok.
