Dog sitter wanted August 23rd to September 6th

About this assignment

Looking for a dog lover to hang out with our 3y/o Brittany Spaniel. She needs to go out about 4 times a day, at least twice for a walk/run. She is well-behaved but very energetic, so the minder must be fairly fit.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feed, exercise, and potty the dog, and give her lots of attention and affection. Get the mail, water indoor plants. Let cat in and out of the house a couple of times a day. Roll the trash bin from the street to behind the house.

What are the good features of the property and location

The house is located in town, 10 minute walk from city center shops, restaurants, and theater. It's in a peaceful setting, a quiet neighborhood with lots of trees, with a deck for relaxing out back.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

No smoking allowed in the house. There's a neighborhood cat (shown in one of the photos) that likes to hang out in our house at various time of the day to nap, and we let him come and go as he pleases. The next door neighbors feed him and keep up with his health care at the vet.
