Looking for responsible, clean and organized people who love pets and want to be in this amazing area.
The dogs require daily exercise and a playful soul. Someone who can be commanding and disciplined with the pets, feed them on a simple yet flexible schedule.
Pet care (2 cats, 2 dogs), scoop litter box, water any plants and pick up after yourselves. Take the trash cans to the curb and bring them back at the days end. Water any indoor houseplants. Bring in the mail, if it is not stopped, collect packages and general light house duties to keep it livable during your stay.
We are centrally located in Boulder, Colorado. 10 minutes from Pearl Street a vibrant down town with shops and restaurants. We are very close to the University, and world class trail access for hiking, skiing, bike paths and more are all located within a short distance from our home. Red Rocks concert venue is a 40 minute drive and there are amazing things to do significantly closer. Down town Denver is 35 minutes from our home. Boulder's public transportation system is fantastic if you don't plan on a car, or if you do, we have plenty of street and driveway parking. Our neighborhood has no HOA, and accommodates a van or camper if you're traveling through.
Consider if you can be around 4 times in a day to let the dogs out to use the bathroom. We do not have a fenced yard. It's not the place for people to base if you plan to go camping and just come by the house periodically. We are looking for someone to both enjoy our home and the pets. We have outdoor seating with a mountain view and there's lots to enjoy about being in Boulder.
No, sorry.
