About this assignment

Someone who will take good care of my dog-walk him, play with him, keep him safe, enjoy him. Mushu is a 4-year old goldendoodle. He loves to play-fetch is his favorite thing in the world. He likes to be with people and to cuddle.

Dog care-feeding, walking, playing, clean up
House care-take out the trash, bring in the mail, keep things clean and orderly.

What are the good features of the property and location

In a secluded area of Walnut Creek, quiet neighborhood that is near undeveloped land with hiking trails. 5 minutes from downtown, but feels like the country. My house has a nice backyard for relaxing or eating out, nice neighbors.
3-bedroom 2-bath home with AC and solar electricity
Walnut Creek is a nice town with a fun downtown area, good hiking and biking trails
Short commute to SF

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

I need someone willing to commit to the time frame for my trip and willing to spend time with my dog.
This neighborhood does not have good public transportation. You would either need a car or could take a ride share to public transit
