What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Two 9 year old cats, one is deaf. I rescued them 18 months ago while my dad was in a memory care facility. Also, there is one 14 year old long haired cat who belonged to my parents. She's super sweet, but not getting along with the two rescued cats, so they have to stay in separate parts of the house. All 3 love to socialize and have company. Even during the winter they treasure the time on the screened in back porch when the temperatures allow.
I have a detailed cat care and house sitting document to provide with more details. The cats are low maintenance.
I have houseplants that might need one watering while I'm gone. There's a chance of snow at 7000 ft elevation, so clearing the driveway will be necessary. I use a wood stove (and furnace) to heat the home.
The sitter would collect mail from the PO Box about twice a week.
You would need to arrive on Feb. 5th to receive instructions, etc. as I depart early on the 6th.

What are the good features of the property and location

The area in which I live is a part of the Coconino National Forest so there are Ponderosa Pine trees everywhere. If you enjoy nature and hiking this sit is for you. Within about 10 minutes of walking you can be at the nearest trailhead of the forest. My neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. My home is a small 2 bedroom, 2 bath manufactured home with a living/dining room, kitchen and front and back porches, as well as a small back deck. The back porch is screened in.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has a twin bed. Both bedrooms have cat climbing walls built.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

No additional overnight guests allowed. There are restaurants, pubs/bars, gas stations, a post office and live entertainment in my community. But, the closest shopping, movies and services are in Flagstaff about 20 miles north. The only public transportation is a bus system that runs in Flagstaff. Munds Park is located at close to 7000 ft elevation in the Coconino National Forest, with many hiking trails in the area.Within 30-60 min of driving you'll find an abundance of hiking trails between 5-12,000 ft elevation. The Grand Canyon is 2 hrs away.
