What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feed Howard & Hazel twice a day. Change water when empty. Clean litter box daily. Let Hazel outside to potty and play. Keep Howard from getting outside!!

What are the good features of the property and location

Resort like setting in beautiful Rancho Santa Fe in San Diego county. Close to beaches and great dining, hiking and shopping. House and property is fully gated.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Pets are indoor pets. Cat can not go outside (owls, hawks, occasional coyote). Hazel need to be let out morning and evening and loves a good walk and game of catch.
