What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

1 dog, 1 cat, keep house clean and tidy for house viewing, may need to be out for an hour if viewing is booked in
Dog has ears that need cleaning each day to prevent itching.
Mow lawn, sweep terrace and steps if needed (x1, about 45 mins), water pots.

What are the good features of the property and location

Beautiful quiet location 15 mins from Exeter city centre. Secluded garden. Fields to walk dog and great area to explore, local walks, sea and moors about 40 mins away. House easy to care for, tiled floor, Aga. Conservatory, friendly village with social activities. Good neighbours.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Needs to be independent and self reliant. Will need own transport.
Dog well behaved, cat friendly but does not like strange dogs. Willing to be in the house so that animals not left more than 4 hours

Can I bring my own pets?

Yes
Restrictions: If cat friendly but she gets anxious about unfamiliar dogs and has been chased
