You will need to be happy with a ramshackle property that's a little bit makeshift but treat it as if it where your own and leave things as you would like to find them.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

None really. There's some plants but they should be okay by themselves if the watering system is working. Just enjoy your stay and leave the place as you would like to find it.

What are the good features of the property and location

This is a traditional Spanish village with very little tourism. There's about 6000 inhabitants so there's enough shops and bars to keep you going, and there's generally local events taking place but it's essentially very quiet.There's a river you can swim in, mountains and fabulous walks nearby.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

This is my only home but I can't stay here full time because of Brexit so I have to leave every three months for three months. I am not working at the moment so any costs for utilities above what I normally pay can be discussed before hand.
