The cat is an 'elderly lady', very quiet and does not need extra effort, just a caring and loving presence.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feed the cat twice a day, clean the litter, be around. It is imporant that she feels presence.
The house only needs some minor plants maintenance and minor cleaning.

What are the good features of the property and location

Very close to the city centre. Metro, tram and buses are all at a walking distance. Peaceful residential area, close to many shops and supermarkets. Lively area with lots of restaurants and bars at five minutes walk.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

2nd floor without lift
No air conditioning. The flat's double exposure and parallel windows, though, promote airflow and help keep the space cooler naturally.
Plus, there are 2 good ceiling fans well located.

Can I bring my own pets?
