About this assignment
I live in a Spacious double-bedroom flat, located in a residential area at a few metro stops from Duomo. I ask you to mind at my low maintenance lovely cat, Ginevra. Super sweet, 16 years old sleeps a lot but stilI looking for cuddling.
I love my pet and I love my house and I am looking for a trustworthy and kind Sitter. The cat is an 'elderly lady', very quiet and does not need extra effort, just a caring and loving presence.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
Feed the cat twice a day, clean the litter, be around. It is imporant that she feels Presence.
The house only needs some minor plants maintenance and minor cleaning.
What are the good features of the property and location
Very close to the city centre. Metro, tram and buses are all at a walking distance. Peaceful residential area, close to many shops and supermarkets. Busy area with lots of restaurants and bars at five minutes walk.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
The apartment is at the 2nd floor without lift.
Centrally heated, is provided with a small air condition system just implemented. Old but confy, has 2 little balconies.
As for my pet, I expect sitters to update me on a daily basis about her state. To put care and attention in the few tasks/instructions given.
Can I bring my own pets?

Sitting Efi's home & wonderful cat, Ginevra, was a very welcoming and wholesome experience. I truly enjoyed myself and felt immediately comfortable. The location and amenities of Efi's home were wonderful, as well as Efi herself! She was super helpful with all of Ginevra's needs and ways about the home and area. Gracious setting in a lovely part of the city for a sweet sit with a precious cat
If you are drawn to the fair city of Milan, please nab this opportunity, for you couldn't have a better chance to feel like a local in one of their nicest neighborhoods, welcomed by two lovely ladies. Ginevra is a sweetheart who sleeps most of the time, and her human, our hostess Efi, is graciously full of fruitful ideas of how to enjoy her city and especially her fine neighborhood. Which she escorts you through, orienting you. She could be a tour guide, though her home is so relaxing I didn't want to leave. Efi's design sensibility is keen, an understated balance of treasured momentos gathered artfully while luminous walls are left empty, soaring up to the high ceilings, allowing for that spaciousness she aptly mentions. The street is filled with leafy trees, and a superb soprano's arias would sometimes drift in from afar, making you wish it was close enough to savor. And because darling Gine is so welcoming of what I called "Bacini da Efi" (little kisses on her head from her lady who was away), I made sure my outings coincided with the kitty's wakeful time so that I could enjoy holding her until she napped again. Everything you might need is quite close nearby, the De Angeli metro stop a few blocks away. I highly recommend being at home with Ginevra, and also to explore Milan as Efi encourages. It was a gift to enjoy, which you might just do, too.
