House Sitting for Two Corgis in Manassas, VA

About this assignment

We are looking for a dog lover to take care of our two older corgis while we are away visiting family. They are low maintenance and need hugs and attention while we are out of town.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Responsibilities are very easy and are limited to taking care of the dogs. They will need food and water 2x/day, and let out of the house approximately 4x/day. As they are older daily walks are not required, so a walk every couple days is sufficient.

What are the good features of the property and location

We have a secluded property on a several acre forested lot outside of Manassas, VA. It is within easy access to major locations in Northern Virginia, but far enough away from the city that it is peaceful and has abundant wildlife including deer, foxes, owls, and abundant birds at our bird feeder.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

We are looking for someone who will give our dogs love and attention and respect our home and spaces. We have a spare bedroom with a daybed that is suited to a single person. If you are local we are happy to meet ahead of time or at a minimum have a video chat to get to know you.
