About this assignment

Reliable, clean, relaxed, no drama kings/queens, comfortable staying in a 170 year old house (it does have central heating and a log burner and ultrafast ultra reliable broadband) that is a 20 minute walk (3 minute drive) from the nearest village where public transport can be accessed.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

feed the cats (2) twice daily, keep the house clean and tidy (you're living there after all!)
cut the grass and trim the hedges around the place if you feel like it.

What are the good features of the property and location

Beautifully quiet and peaceful yet only minutes from the village. 10 mins drive from beautiful beaches with easy access to Waterford and its Copper Coast via local ferry.
2 hour drive from Dublin or Cork airports.
1 hour drive from Rosslare Europort (International ferrys)

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Are you happy being away from the bright lights and hustle and bustle of a city?
Are you comfortable staying in a small, cosy cottage surrounded by farmland?
