About this assignment

We‘re looking for someone who loves dogs and especially staffies. Someone who’s gentle, caring and can handle a sensitive dog and give lots of cuddles!

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Mainly taking care of our dog Pablo which includes walking him once a day, feeding him twice a day and spend your time mostly at the house with him. Otherwise there’s no maintenance to do at the house itself. You have to be okay with giving him cuddles and letting him sleep in bed with you. He‘s a choosy but clingy dog, who doesn’t get along with other dogs so you can only walk him on a lead but he loves his walks. He gets an upset stomach when stressed so he needs lots of love when I‘m gone.

What are the good features of the property and location

Our house is located in the heart of Nerang, with shops, dog park and national park close by. It‘s a good mix of nature and city life.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Pablo is a choosy and strong headed dog but also very loving and sweet. He does need some time to warm up but once he does he’s all love! Please be aware that I‘m mainly looking for someone who can spend lots of time around him as he gets very stressed when I‘m gone. He doesn’t need much entertainment but company is important.
