Must love cats and dogs, respectful of the house and garden, does not have to be a garden enthusiast but someone who enjoys the garden.
Feed the animals twice per day, dogs to be walked once per day. Let the dogs out into the garden before going to bed. Bolt back gate. Arthur the cat may need more regular feeding, he also has a litter tray which will need to be attended to.
Bungalow, private garden, guest bedroom and bathroom with shower. Good access to M4 and A34. Village pub next door but one. Situated in village with no shop, car essential. Small towns to visit would be Hungerford and Marlborough. Close to Lambourn (valley of the racehorses) lovely church in village. Dogs can be walked from the house although a road needs to be crossed to get to the lane.
No shop in village. Would need a vehicle. Very good off road parking. Both Alice and Dottie dog are senior but very easy and chilled, the garden is very secure. They both walk really well on the lead. Arthur is also old and can be let out during the day but must be kept in overnight.
No, sorry.

Lovely lady with adorable pets
Dottie was a warm and welcoming host who made me feel like an old friend. Dotties’ home is a comfortable and relaxing space with a very comfortable bed. The lovely garden provides plenty of bird watching opportunities as she has many bird feeders visible from the kitchen and living room. Alice and Dottie dog are gentle giants, both are very sweet natured, affectionate and so quiet, they don’t even bark at the postman. Arthur the cat is beautiful and enjoys having his long coat brushed every day. I was so happy to sit for Dottie that I’ve already agreed a future sit for her and I’m really looking forward to seeing them all again.
