Home and Dog Caretaker Needed

About this assignment

Looking for a responsible, kind, mature and compassionate dog lover who would take care of my dog and property as they would their own, and enjoy a peaceful house and yard near downtown Knoxville, TN.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

First and foremost give my dog BeBe lots of attention and love, feed her, give her her daily supplements, walk her (or take her for a hike in the woods) and take care of my home by watering plants and keeping the house clean and occupied.

What are the good features of the property and location

My home is a renovated, well maintained 1939 cottage with two bedrooms and two baths, functional kitchen with lots of handy appliances. I'm located three miles from downtown in a well-established neighborhood with a large, fenced-in yard with gardens, trees and a backyard patio and fire pit. There is off street parking.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Please be able-bodied, responsible and trustworthy, have good communication skills, and be willing to give BeBe attention, take her on walks, let her have her gentle swims, and keep the house orderly.

Can I bring my own pets?

Yes
Restrictions: We can discuss this possibility, and I may consider you bringing your dog if very friendly and housebroken, but I need someone who will take care of BeBe primarily.
