What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

You must be vegan during your stay – this is a requirement for ethical and personal reasons.

My cat needs feeding morning and evening, and must wear his GPS tracker whenever he goes outside.

He usually stays indoors after dark, so you'll need to ensure he's safely inside in the evenings.

He’s very affectionate and requires someone who will spend time with him and offer lots of cuddles and company.

Basic housekeeping and cleanliness are expected – keeping the flat tidy and clean during your stay.

You must be female, trustworthy, and able to provide a reference and a copy of your passport for verification.
