A friendly person who likes the outdoors and wants to spend time in a remote location. You will need your own transport. You will be half an hour's drive to civilisation. If you like hiking, mountain biking or astronomy this is the house sit for you! Open to couples.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Living in the house to maintain the insurance. Spray weed killer on the front weeds, water the plants. Keep things orderly. Use the telescopes if you want to.

What are the good features of the property and location

Amazing biking and hiking in the national park Sierra de la Pila. Use of my telescopes. I will show you how to use them. House is furnished.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

The location is very rural. There are 3 neighbours within 1km. The nearest facilities are 30 minutes drive away. You'll need to provide your own mountain bike for biking.
