We are looking for cat lovers as we are, nice people to take care of the cats and the house.
Nature lovers and loving the tranquility of the countryside.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
Feed the cats and the fishes (in a fish pond).
Taking care of the house and the garden as if it were theirs.
Check if everything is running well in the house.
What are the good features of the property and location
We own a beautiful and confortable country house with stunning views on the hills and the sea.
Very peaceful environment with lots of birds, perfect exposure.T
he ideal place to rest, go for walks in he surrounding nature, practice yoga and meditation.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
The house is located in the countryside, about 10 minutes driving from the nearest village.
A car is needed.
Have to consider that the house is served by narrow and winding paths, which can be concrete and dirt.
Pet sitters will have their own and private bedroom and bathroom.
Can I bring my own pets?

Silence retreat in Torrox
Myriam and Stephane are very kind and helpful. I could even use their car when it turned out that my van was too heavy for the road that leads to their house. The house is secluded so one needs to consider if that is their 'thing'. I certainly do like that and the most fantastic was that I couldn't hear any car noise of the motorway. For their cats it is cats heaven and it is a delight to see them play. Communication was easy and we clicked right away. Would love to housesit for them again.

Your heavenly property
Dear Myriam and Stephane, We had a wonderfull time in your house on the foothills of the mountains at the Southern Spanish coast. The house is on a distance of about 20 minutes uphill(approx 300m high). It is situated at Torrox. The last part of the roads to the house need some country driving skills and a suitable car. But you soon get familiar on the situation. The house and all around it are of high quality. Nice terraces and swimming pool are there for outdoor relaxing. Starting from the house there are various walking possibilties. It is a quiet area with a nice view over the ocean at a distance. We were friendly welcomed and well instructed. The 4 nice cats were easy to handle and fun to care for. It will be a pleasure to return for a next sitting job. Greetings, Elizabeth & Maarten
