About this assignment

Someone calm and quiet who is OK with some light housework, mostly vacuuming daily...lots of cat and dog hair around.
Also someone who is kind and patient with the boys, especially Kip as he can be quite demanding and whiney.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

General home and garden maintenance.
The care of indoor 2 cats (Nelli and Finn) ie feeding twice daily and litter box cleaning twice daily.
The care of dog, Kip, ie feeding twice daily (plus treats), oral meds twice daily, walking at least once daily, keeping yard clean of poop.

What are the good features of the property and location

Located in a peaceful neighborhood with lovely neighbors. We're at the bottom of a dead end street so not a lot of traffic. There's also a ball park and walking track at the bottom of the street. Beautiful walking trails nearby and close to all amenities.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

This is a very safe neighborhood so single female applicants needn't worry.
Be warned, the cats can get cranky with each other when hungry and Kip goes bananas barking when someone comes to the door but settles quickly.
There is no car available.
