About this assignment

Dependable, responsible and likes long walks and hiking. Someone to care for our house, plants, and enjoys the outdoors. We live in a beautiful place with lots of trails and a sandy beach within walking distance that Ziggy loves to run on.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feed, exercise Ziggy the almost 5 year old male Alaskan Husky.
Feed Orchid the beta fish.
Feed Pepper the gecko every 4-5 days, and water indoor plants.

What are the good features of the property and location

In Douglas, on Douglas Island. We have a great view of Gastineau Channel, near Sandy Beach. A very nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. Convenient, short trip to downtown Juneau, about 3 miles.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Ziggy is a smart, sweet, lovable, talkative and active dog and needs regular exercise. He is well-behaved, loves his people and loves attention even more. We live in a beautiful rainforest, with a plethora of trails and outdoor adventures.

Can I bring my own pets?
