4 bedroom, 3 bath Northern Colorado home on 2.5 acres for 6 months

About this assignment

We are looking for a responsible person or couple to care for our house from mid October 2025 until mid March 2026. We would prefer a mature person that is interested in living on Colorado's northern front range.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

The upkeep of the property includes, taking care of numerous house plants. Keeping the house and property clean. Bringing in daily mail. Keeping us up to date with any issues that may arise.

What are the good features of the property and location

We are on 2 1/2 acres, with easy access to Longmont and Berthoud. We have a beautiful deck with views and wildlife. We have a guest room and bathroom in the basement for the house sitter.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Our dates are fixed plus or minus a week or two. We have cats that live in the house but will be with us while we are gone. We have a honey business that operates out of a separate building, but employees use the house for the restroom and the office.

Can I bring my own pets?

Yes
Restrictions: A cat in the house would be okay, subject to approval.
