Someone who likes to stay in an old house and loves to live a bit outside the city and loves animals and is easy going

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Taking care of our dog and cats, a bit gardening, having a nice time in our house, experience with dogs is needed. Freya used to be a stray dog, and is sometimes a bit nervous and insecure. Our cats are easy and go outside a lot. But they love to lie on your lap .

What are the good features of the property and location

It's just outside Breda (10 km), nice environment, good hiking, good cycling.
The house is 200 m2 with 3 bedrooms, so enough space to ask friends to come over.
We have 2 e - bikes and if you want you can use one of our cars.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Our dog Freya is a bit of a nervous dog, she is really sweet but feels insecure now and then (she has never bitten anyone!). She can't walk without line. It is not possible to bring your own dog.
The house is old, we have no toilet upstairs and a little tiny bathroom. It is not a really luxurous house ;-) We have central heating, but sometimes you have to wear an extra sweater, if it is really cold.
