Looking for a compassionate cat lover to take care of our 3 kitties. One older brother sister sibling pair Momo and Button and a younger rascal Tutu! My wife and I just sold our condo and moved to a very private home. Great yard with mango and avocado trees, garden and backyard large patio with grill for entertaining and privacy wall and front gate all around. The bird feeder is a constant show. House is in a quiet neighborhood on quiet street. Short 3 block walk to public transportation. All freezers full of food sitter welcome to. 15 min drive to beach or public bus takes you there. Men's & women's bikes. Plenty of shopping in walking distance.
Looking forward to getting on touch with one of Mind my house's wonderful sitters who would love to be in Miami during prime season and give some loving to our kitties and have some fun in the sun and surf! We have had 7 sitters since 2022. Not reflected on site had to shut email address because compromised and open new mindmyhouse account!

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Basic responsibilities would be to feed the kitties daily and tend to their needs. House takes care of itself. Is a smart house so can monitor everything need to from phone. We will take care of all landscaping before trip. Other than that just want sitter to have fun. Pick some herbs from garden to spice up your meals. Enjoy the magic city! What are the good features of the property and location

House is 4 bedroom 2 bath. One room is an art studio with ensuite bathroom. Property is very shady because of 2 large mango trees and 2 large avocado trees. No landscaping for sitter to do will all be done before we leave. Welcome to our herb garden and other garden produce. House is on a quiet no thru street and has a privacy wall all around and front sliding gate. Parking on property if you have a vehicle. Large back patio with grill and entertainment area. Great time of year for beach water temperature perfect and not hot summer hot yet! Home has washer and dryer. Also great wifi throughout!
