What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feeding, the dogs and cat, cleaning kitty litter box, playing fetch 2- 3 times a day. Taking out the trash and keeping the house clean. Maybe watering the garden.

What are the good features of the property and location

We have a fenced back yard so no worries of dogs escaping. We live out in the country, but close to a town and grocery shopping.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

We have three levels to the house. All the bedrooms are upstairs but one that is in the finished basement. So you need to be comfortable climbing stairs. All dogs are friendly but bark and jump up. The cat is friendly but it will take a while for him to get to know someone.
