Cat Sitter for 5 months in Beautiful NC!

About this assignment

My name is Zilma, and my sweet 11-year-old cat, Maki, needs a sitter while I am out of the country for 5 months. I am looking for someone honest, responsible, neat, clean, a non-smoker, and available for the duration of the sit. References preferred.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

During your stay, you will be responsible for caring for Maki. This includes feeding her twice a day and cleaning her litter box once a day. In addition, I would ask you to check my mailbox daily.

What are the good features of the property and location

My home is an 1800 sq.ft. 3-bedroom/2-bath condominium in a quiet condo community with a pool, clubhouse, and gym. You will have access to the entire home and amenities in the community. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and there will be plenty of space in the closet for your things! There is a full bath right outside the bedroom. The third bedroom is used as a TV room. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room with washer and dryer. Central Heat and AC throughout and easy-to-clean bamboo floors. Parking right outside the unit.

Enjoy spring evenings on the screened-in porch. Friendly neighbors. Convenient location to everything you need in town. Not far from town greenways or a day trip to the coast! High-speed wi-fi, smart TV, and cable. Note: My condo is not necessarily child-friendly. Please keep this in mind if sitting with your family.

Greenville, NC is a lovely college town with lots to offer just over an hour away from the beautiful NC coast! I invite you to make yourself at home and explore the area!

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Maki is very shy and takes a while to warm up to new people, particularly men. She pretty much keeps to herself and is easy to care for. You will have access to my entire home. I hope you will make yourself at home and enjoy your stay!
