I am looking for a caring and reliable person (or couple) who truly loves dogs. My dog, Nica, is sweet with people but can be a bit reactive with other dogs or cats during walks, so she needs someone attentive and confident when handling the leash.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Be comfortable walking a medium-sized dog.

Pay attention to Nica around other animals while keeping calm and firm.

Enjoy spending time outdoors the area is full of beautiful walking trails.

What are the good features of the property and location

Gilet is a peaceful town surrounded by nature. From the house you can reach the forest in just 5 minutes, perfect for walks with the dog. The beach is only 15 minutes away, and so is the historic city of Sagunto, with shopping centers, restaurants, and cultural sites.

I also have a swimming pool, ideal for relaxing.

Valencia is just 30 minutes away, a vibrant Mediterranean city full of culture, architecture, and activities. The area is well-connected yet calm, offering the best of nature, city, and sea life.

It's a perfect location for someone who enjoys hiking, going to the beach, exploring Spanish culture.

You are allowed to use my car, it will make your life easier.

You are also welcome to come a few days earlier and leave a few days after, there's no problem with that!

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

You will be caring for one medium-sized dog: Nica (mix, very sweet with people but can sometimes react to other dogs or cats during walks). Sitters should feel confident handling her on leash.

Daily walks and attention are essential she's your main responsibility.

I live in a quiet town; a car is helpful for getting around, and you're welcome to use my car during the stay a driver's license would be recommended.

I am looking for a responsible and tidy person (or couple) who will respect my home and enjoy spending time with the dog.
