What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Negotiable, depending on the sitters. Looking after the place, be there, watering plants & trees, checking the working order of the installations of the finca.

What are the good features of the property and location

All-year flowing river, great scenery, VERY green all around (which is not typical for Andalucia) pure nature, of grid (water, solar), great internet connection, remote beauty with an exceptional vibe. Extremely peaceful immersion in nature. 4WD car available. Possibility of gardening.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Whether you are happy to stay in total nature, the silence. Availability for longer stays would be great. Having a sense of own energy and water supply, and willing to get a basic understanding of where things come from (well, solar system).

The sitters will reside in a separate guest house. For sitters who are interested in a longer stay: we may be visiting on and off for brief periods, but we will agree to the actual periods beforehand. There is also a car available dedicated for the sitters (Volvo XC90), so if you do not want to stay during the periods of our presence, you are free to roam Andalucia or go visiting other places.
