2 story/1 bedroom/1.5 bath townhouse - Fairmount/Lemon Hill

About this assignment

Someone to be at my home to primarily to care for my two 13 year old cats. They are quite chill and sweet.
Enjoy the property in a respectful manner.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feed (wet and dry food and water) the cats. Keep their litter boxes clean.
Water several plants once a week.
Maintain the property in a respectful manner.

What are the good features of the property and location

Great yard. Very close to lots of all the great Philly stuff.
Neighborhood is very quiet with a large park just around the corner.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Ability to climb stairs, I guess is about it....
There are a few minor tweaks around the the house that I can easily explain to the house sitter.

Can I bring my own pets?

No, sorry.
