What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Dog Care

Feed both dogs twice daily (morning & evening).

Provide fresh water throughout the day.

Walk the dogs daily for exercise and stimulation.

Make sure the older small dog (15 years old) gets plenty of companionship and comfort — she’s a bit needy and loves attention.

Keep both dogs safe, secure, and cared for at all times.

Companionship

Spend time at home with the dogs so they don’t feel lonely — especially important for the senior pup.

Provide affection, play, and maintain their usual routine.

Home Care

Bring in mail/packages as needed.

Keep shared living areas clean and tidy.

Be respectful of my roommate (mid-30s male, lives in the other bedroom) and maintain a harmonious, considerate environment.

Communication

Send occasional updates (texts/photos) so I know the dogs are happy and well.
