About this assignment

Someone who is able take frequent walks as I have two pups (20 and 30 lbs) who LOVE to go outside and tour the neighborhood. They must be leashed as we have lots of wildlife that tempt them to chase. Also one cat who leads a quiet life separate from the pups but still loves affection.
My home is try-level ( 6 steps up, 6 steps down) with entry on middle level. I would expect a tidy person who will be ok with being gone no more than 5 hours at a time as the pups need companionship and potty walks.
My travel dates are flexible, I can always find a reason to travel if someone wants/needs to be in my area at a time other than those I have posted.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

The pets are the focus of my expectations, light housekeeping, kitty litterbox maintenance, weekly watering of a few houseplants. Outside watering is seasonal, May-September.
I do need someone who's primary purpose is to be on hand for the pets with no more than 5 hour day trips to see the area. Hiking is right out the back door, biking too.

What are the good features of the property and location

My community is private, my home offers a 360 degree view of the front range, Denver to the north, Arrowhead Golf Course, and Pike National Forest. If you need a city fix, a 20 minute drive puts you in Littleton or Castle Rock, 50 minutes to Denver.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

I do have steps, my floors are tile. Denver typically has 300+ days of sunshine but it can also snow. My community plows quickly but an all wheel or 4 wheel vehicle is needed, garage available.
