Pet rats looking after

About this assignment

I have to be away as I committed myself but can’t allow my pet Ratties to be alone. They are absolutely adorable and it pains me greatly to have to be away at this time.
I have 3 pet rats left than would need careful monitoring as they are at their end of life. So someone who will be compassionate and ok with the possible passing under their care. They have meds to help them, which should be straightforward to administer.

Even though diminished, They love coming out and being petted, specially Coffee who has had a non growing growth for 6 months and is still full of life! She loves being next to you and petted.
Misty likes to stay home but I do take her out often with Coffee and they stay on the sofa with me. Drizzle is a normal rattie, energetic, the home maker, and love sniffing her surroundings and being out on the terrace table.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Making sure they are as comfortable as possible.
Giving meds, keep their home clean, changing the little cabin with fresh fleece , take them out and spend time with them.

What are the good features of the property and location

I have a one bedroom terrace flat in north west London NW2, zone 2, close to all amenities.
Seconds away from bus stop with 4 buses routes and 2 night buses. 10mn from 3 train/tube stations. Close to numerous supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, bingo place, gyms, parks.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

You need to be aware of them passing and also take them to vet when needed which is 2 buses away, I’ll obviously pay for their bill
