I need someone reliable and used to cats from about 18 December to 23 January You're welcome to stay longer or arrive early, if it's more convenient.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

You would need to look after two lovely cats and water the plants, but otherwise there are no responsibilities. There's one kitten and one cat of 8 years who needs to use his asthma inhaler twice a day.

What are the good features of the property and location

I live in a new, modern 2 bedroom apartment, with a large garden, condominium has a pool and a gym. Great area for walking and cycling, many restaurants and sites, right next to a park, the Egyptian museum and many more attraction.
You'll have your own guest room and your own bathroom/shower that is only shared with the cats.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

The place is strictly non-smoking, including the garden. I expect you to communicate regularly, especially if something may not be right, and not to leave before the time agreed.

Can I bring my own pets?
