What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

You would need to look after two lovely cats, remove any poisonous weeds from the garden and tire out the younger cat with play so he won't bully the older one. One cat is 1 year old, the other 8 years. The older cat has health issues, so he needs to use an inhaler, which he loves, and might need to take pills. I'll show you how to do everything.

What are the good features of the property and location

I live in a new, modern 2 bedroom apartment, with a large garden, condominium has a pool and a gym. Great area for walking and cycling, many restaurants and sites in town, right next to a park, the Egyptian museum and many more attraction.
You'll have your own guest room and your own bathroom/shower.
I also have bikes you can use to explore the city which is great for cycling, especially the parks.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

The place is strictly non-smoking, including the garden. I expect you to communicate regularly and clearly, especially if something is wrong or you don't know how to do it, as there's a vet happy to help out, and not to leave before the time agreed.
Weather can be unpredictable, so do take rain gear and different layers.
