my cats are the best:D
looking for some company for my 2 cats in the center of Holland close to everything. No plants or so (they already all died) so... just the cats...:) it's a family house with kids and pets so if you are allergic to a bit of mess and want the house to be spotless, you better find another house. I want you to take care of my cats as if they are your babies, and I can't ask for anything more. Would be great if you're not afraid of a hoover and mop. Just lots of love asked...
I have one very shy cat (the black one), Pixel. But she might sleep on your bed at night if you let her. The other, Patch, is the type of cat that will always come for cuddles and play. He's British shorthair.
play with the cat, clean litter boxes, feed them, cuddle them (at night) and keep them company.
I'm in the middle of EVERYTHING. Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Utrecht, Den Bosch, Breda, it doesnt matter what you want to visit, its all within an hour drive and 1,5 hours public tranpsort. I live in an apartment building in a 4 room apartment with a huge master bedroom and two smaller ones. dishwasher, washing machine, all is available.
Leerdam is a tiny town, so it's not Amsterdam. Cities like Den Bosch and Utrecht are pretty close (30 mins by car, 45 mins by public transport but it requires some effort.
Also... I don't have a tv. I do have good internet though:)
The cats are very low maintenance so there is plenty of space and time to enjoy visiting the Netherlands. Just be home for them on a regular basis.
No, sorry.

Good cat-sit
It was very nice to cat-sit Gerdy's Patch and Pixel. While Pixel is a frightened cat that keeps away from strangers (practically all the time), Patch is a super-friendly and cuddly cat that loves attention, petting, and food treats. He made my stay there quite enjoyable and really found his way to my heart. The cats are low-maintenance. You need to feed them in the morning, give them a treat in the evening, and clean the litter box. The apartment is in Leerdam, a small town with very little to do and see. However, there's a nearby bus to Utrecht and a nearby train station that can easily take you to other, nicer, and more interesting towns in the area (and generally in the Netherlands). For example, there's a direct train to Dordrecht. Gerdy was kind and friendly, provided all the necessary instructions, was available for questions, and kept in touch.
