A responsible house sitter who can also feed and water 2 horses and 1 outside cat daily. Put Horses in barn if subzero temp. arise. Offer a fully sustainable walk out basement apartment. (Previously Air B and B).Situated on 70 acres with walking trails and 5 min. to Interstate. Will need to have transportation.
Dec. 22 or Dec. 26,2025-April 1,2026.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feed and Fresh Water, 2 Horses and 1 cat once daily. With a little petting! Put Horses in barn IF subzero temps. arise. Empty dehumidifier in living area when needed. Chemicals in Hot Tub IF you want to use it.(We will drain if not used)

Must have Love for Horses, and be responsible! Area previously used as an Air B and B, and rented. Blocked out during this time.
