What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feed, walk and pat my dog daily. My dog is healthy and loves people.
Normal house hold care and cleanliness. No loud noise or parties. Considerate of neighbours, particularly in the next door townhouses.

What are the good features of the property and location

Clean and tidy moderate size home with lovely smallish outdoor area.
View of sunsets over the trees and more local parkland and bushland. Restaurants and live music close by.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Public transport is available, but not the easiest transport option. There are buses to Reservoir train station.
There is a dedicated parking spot for one car.
Capable of the care of a medium size dog.
Clean, tidy and considerate of neighbours.

Can I bring my own pets?

Yes
Restrictions: You can brings 1 x medium to large dog. No small dogs please.
