About this assignment

A practical couple who can role up their sleeves and get on with it.
We are rural you need to be able to entertain yourself.

We have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in a modern spacious home.
We are less than 1 hour from sofia airport along the A2 highway.
We have a large garden with BBQ area and reading pavilion.
We have a dedicated office with 5G Internet as we work from home.
Our village has a church, post office, cafe and shop.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

This is a rural property in a small village. It is recommended to have a car. It is possible to get here by local bus but its very infrequent and without transport you'd be just in a village.
Rural Bulgarians are friendly but don't speak other languages other than Russian
