Someone/family for a property in a Remote area

About this assignment

I am looking for someone who enjoys living in a quiet place, is close to nature, and likes to live simply. It's great if you're good with your hands and enjoy to repair things. There are no pets, but it has enough space for your animals.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

The house sitter should keep the house and garden tidy and carry out any minor repairs that may be necessary. In summer, you have to water the garden and tend to the lawn and flowers, raking leaves, weeding, removing small trees. You may also want to process and enjoy the fruit.

What are the good features of the property and location

There is a lake, a vegetable garden, plenty of seating, and trees that provide shade. The house is a mud house, cool in summer and insulated in winter. It is heated with wood.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

The house is in a very quiet location, with neighbors 500 meters away. It is a simple house, heated with wood and cooked with gas. You need a car to get to the shops.
But it is very close to nature, quiet, and relaxing. If you like to live and work in silence, then it's perfect for you.
