What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feed the fish once a day and add water when needed. Feed the cats and dogs in the morning and evening. Let out dogs in fence yard when needed. The dogs sleep in crates or put in crates when you leave. Water plants once a week. Two litter pans to clean once a day.

What are the good features of the property and location

My home is located near the Missouri River with restaurants and shopping close by. This area has the Katy Trail and multiple wineries. Seasonally is a city pool and waters slides and you will have a pass to use. My house is walking distance to restaurants, entertainment and a riverfront trail. The area has multiple events throughout the year. I have electric bikes for you to use.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

It is a multiple pet household with the responsibility of their care. When you are out of the house please remember to put the dogs in the crate. To respect the quiet neighborhood.
