What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

talk to cat, feed cat, clean and dispose of used litter in green bin, keep litter box somewhat clean, be home half the time so he has the company he needs, occasional outings on leash on back deck (weather permitting)

clean up after self (spills, garbage, sinks, dishes). 2 plants to gently water

What are the good features of the property and location

My home is a 2-bedroom apartment on the main floor of a house with great layout-kitchen is huge if you like to cook or want room to get creative. The neighbours are very low key. Free parking.
Within a 5- minute walk there is one of the best grocery stores in the city plus 3 or 4 cafes. Also close to a favourite walk along the river, 2 enormous beautiful parks and easy transportation to key attractions in Ottawa like the Byword Market.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Flexibility for sitting in March for 2-4 weeks; until I book with a plan, I cannot be more specific. But if there is interest, I will decide very soon. I won't leave you guessing!
