What are the good features of the property and location

Any house of Christmas to yourself in LA is a good house but we have some special benefits: we just completely renovated and painted the entire interior; we have a small orchard on the property and the oranges are almost ripe! We have a fenced and private back yard with a cabana for outdoor enjoyment. We have a 2000 square home with four beds and two full bathrooms and 1 powder room.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

We work at home so our pets are used to having us present most of the time. The pet sitter should know he or she are coming to a home where the pets want companionship so please dont be gone all day! Oakley gets two neighborhood walks per day and she lives for these, so please plan on including these.
