About this assignment

A responsible person/couple who loves dogs, and will be able to provide love to my old girl whilst I'm away Would suit someone who is comfortable with a larger dog (Labrador). A trustworthy person/s who will treat my home with respect and take good care of it.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

To provide care of my 12 Year old Chocolate Labrador Ruby, which will include daily feeding, walks and cuddles.
Taking out the trash (if there is any) and just keeping the apartment living area in good order (leave it as you find it)

What are the good features of the property and location

My apartment is in the popular area of Lake Nona, Orlando, Florida.
It is a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment, includes full kitchen, with fridge, dishwasher, cooker & microwave. Utility room - with washer & dryer.
AC and Balcony overlooking Lake.
Onsite the apartment complex there is a outdoor pool, grilling area and gym - All which you will have access too.

The apartments are in a good location - 5 minute drive to Lake Nona Town Centre, Boxi Park & local resturants
10 minute Drive to Orlando International Airport
20 minute Drive to International Drive
25 Minute Drive to Disney Parks
25 Minute Drive to Universal Studios

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

You will not need to be with Ruby 24/7 as long as all her needs are met, so you will have time to enjoy the local attractions if you choose to do so.
A consideration for this assignment is that you will need to be able to drive and have access to a vehicle, due to location. However we do have a good Uber and Lyft service in Orlando.

Can I bring my own pets?

Yes
Restrictions: Although it would be a preference not to bring your pets, I would allow one well behaved small dog in the property, as long as they are house trained and get on well with other dogs.
