What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

You will need your own car as I am 20 minutes from the nearest towns and 35 minutes from two larger cities. This listing is for the winter. Although it rarely snows here we have had power outages from storms. There are provisions for backup electric, heat and hot water.
