Chickens on Bainbridge Island

About this assignment

We are looking for someone who is reliable, responsible, clean and friendly. Familiarity with chickens is desirable but not required. We would want you to call or text us if anything is wrong.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

We have four pet chickens. We would like for the sitter to check to make sure chickens have fresh water and food every other day. The bedding in the coop needs to be changed once a week. We would like you to bring in packages and mail.

What are the good features of the property and location

Two bedroom, two bath guest house with full kitchen on one acre on beautiful Bainbridge Island in the Puget Sound. Easy access to the Kitsap and Olympic Peninsulas (or Seattle by ferry).

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

It is hard (but not impossible) to get to our house without a car. There are no restaurants or shops within walking distance. On the flip side, it is beautiful and peaceful.

Can I bring my own pets?
