I'm looking for a reliable, trustworthy, caring sitter for my home and pup. My ideal sitter would enjoy exploring the area but also spending time with my dog.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Sitter will be taking care of dog (food/water and 3+ walks per day) and house (be tidy, take out trash as needed, bring in mail).

What are the good features of the property and location

Cute home in a safe, walkable, established neighborhood. Parks, restaurants, and shops nearby (within walking distance). Easy bus access to attractions in downtown and beyond, on street parking for cars..

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Must be able to handle large dog - she's 90 lbs, lovely with people but NOT other dogs, I cross the street to avoid others.
