Not much. Try to sleep, cuddle, with Miss Emma and let her in and out of the house. Keep my home secure and neat. Like doors shut when AC is on.
Food and water each day. Minimal care of litter box as she is an in and outside cat.

On 4 acres, quiet. 3 miles from a small town which is south of Charlotte,NC

Big windows to see outdoor nature. A quiet, safe retreat.A goldfish pond.
Downstairs apartment is where you will sleep with bathroom and mini kitchen and patio entrance..

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

You must have references. My cat can meow a lot when stressed so your attunement will calm her. She knows - like a dog- if someone really cares about her. She's watching you even as she ignores you.
