About this assignment

We are looking for someone that will take care of our apartment and cats. We have 3 cats that are very social and love human companionship.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Anything re taking care of cats and plants. Feeding of cats, cleaning of litter boxes and giving lots of cuddles to Tony, Hala and Fluff. We also have a stray colony below our apartment that will need feeding (every second day). Watering of indoor and outdoor plants when necessary.

What are the good features of the property and location

Our apartment is in the village of Nadur. It is 800m from the town square where there are restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and a barber. The closest bus stop is 100m from our apartment. It is also 2km from the closest beach. The apartment is perfect for 2 people. It consists of an open plan kitchen, dining lounge area, 2 bedrooms (only 1 to be used), a study, laundry room and a big balcony with valley and seaviews. The complex also has a communal pool if you are so inclined over December/January.AC Throughout.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

You need to love cats. They are like our children. Hala is 14yrs old, Fluff is 9yrs old and Tony is 4yrs old. They might want to sleep with you on the bed, sit with you when you watch television and enjoy cuddles any time.
