Both Reggie and Lily are used to sleeping with humans - so ideally you would leave the bedroom door open so they could come visit you at night for comfort.

Ideally I'm looking for someone who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Someone who can appreciate the charm of small town life for a time and the quiet of a more rural community. Non-smoking, neat & clean, communicative, and enjoys snuggling with some very loving pets.
There are a few porch plants to care for - they are survivors & don't require much care. They've survived me ... so they'll be fine.
Reggie loves walks and going in the backyard. There are 2 kitty litter boxes: one in the dining room and one on the back lanai. They use a pellet & pad system that is changed every 3 days. Lily gets wet food AM & PM and has access to dry food all the time. Reggie is a picky eater - he loves chicken ... except when he decides he doesn't. He's got a box of treats and a bucket of toys. He also likes it if you sneak him kitty treats at night when you give some Lily at bedtime.
Garbage day is on Tuesday. Mail will need to be brought in as well.
I live in a quiet area of central Florida.
My house is named The Sanctuary. Keeping you company will be Sir Reginald J. Barkley III (Jack Russell Papilion mix - age 10) and Miss TigerLily (Orange Tabby - age 10). You'll be in the Caladium Capital of the World and the little Town of Murals.
There are several attractions within day trip traveling including Orlando, Bok Tower, Ringling Circus Museum, the and several natural areas in which to hike or kayak nearby. The house is about 10 minutes away from town and 30 minutes from a larger city.
In town, there are cute little restaurants, a wine bar, a brewery, live music, an ice cream shop, and a weekend farmer's market. In the city, there are more restaurants, movie theatre, and additional entertainment venues.
I've got a lovely cozy kitchen outfitted by a former professional chef, a small library, an eclectic collection of vinyl, board games, and a couple of gaming consoles.
You'll be staying in the guest room & will use the "garden" bathroom. There's a queen bed, dresser, shelves, and television with Google Chromecast & streaming options available. There's strong wi-fi available - suitable for "work from home." Washer and dryer in the garage. Whole house generator connected for any power outages.
There's a small hot tub on the back lanai and a hammock in the fenced backyard. If gardening & plants are your joy, the backyard is a wild little place with a mango tree, a butterfly garden, red hibiscus, and a succulent patch that has gone a bit off the rails. The neighborhood is safe for walking and Reggie loves walkies more than anything.
You'll definitely need a vehicle. It's a 10 minute drive to town and a 30 minute drive to the nearest city. There are lots of amazing places to visit as day trips nearby.
No, sorry.
