Someone who is responsible, to take care of my cat and respect my home. Sensible, experienced cat sitter/owner who can deal with any emergency calmly.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

He’s an easy cat. Feed him breakfast /dinner; open/shut cat flap am/night: cuddles; litter tray sift if needed; keep an eye out for any fighting injuries! Not on any medication. 10 years old.

What are the good features of the property and location

Historic cottage in north Edinburgh by the sea, ideal for walks. Just 45 mins walk up to city centre or Leith, and good bus links.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

He’s a pretty independent cat but does like some time spent with him. Like most pet owners, it’s pet sitting not just a house sit. House is not suitable for families /children. Busy front road but the glorious sea views make up for it (as does the sunny south facing back garden in summer time).

Can I bring my own pets?
