Feed the dog and cat twice a day. Make sure the cat litter tray is clean. Pick up dog poo from around the large garden.

What are the good features of the property and location

It is beautiful and has all the amenities required for a house, including washing machine and dryer, air conditioning upstairs and downstairs. It has a large living area with fully-fitted kitchen. Downstairs has a large double bedroom and a second room with elevated large double bed. This is part utility room also. Upstairs is totally separate, with outside staircase, single bed, air conditioning, and terrace. The garden is huge and fantastic.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

The house is 800 metres from Quesada town, so you really would benefit to have a car. There is an electric bicycle for your use, with luggage rack and panniers, which could preclude having a car.

Can I bring my own pets?

Yes
Restrictions: They would have to be safe to be with my pets, obviously!
