Seeking pet sitter in Laveen/Phoenix AZ

I am looking for a responsible, kind, patient house sitter that doesn’t mind cleaning a few pet accidents here and there and that is willing to take 4 dogs on short potty walks a few times a day.

Caring for 4 dogs and 2 cats. Clean up any pet accidents, scoop or empty litter box. Short potty walks and picking up pet waste.

What are the good features of the property and location

Located in Laveen, AZ in a 2 story pool home in a nice gated community with walking paths. Home is located near hiking trails, shopping, and dining.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Our 2 chihuahuas will go potty in the house if they aren’t taken out in time. We have a doggy door but they won’t use it. Male cat gets anxiety when we leave and has peed on our couches when we’ve left town in the past. We have a waterproof covers that can be washed if this were to occur. Charlie is a territorial marker and wears diapers in the house. Our sitter would need to be comfortable replacing his diapers and cleaning up dog pee or poop if the dogs poo in the house.
