Someone who loves cats!! They miss company when we're away and a warm lap to sit on so that's mainly what you'll be doing!!

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Check food bowls and provide clean water daily. An occasional check on the fish too.
If it's tick season a daily check of the cats.

What are the good features of the property and location

Quiet and peaceful location. No passing traffic and quiet neighbours. Rural setting so a car essential but local shops and restaurant 10 minutes away. Very comfortable house with underfloor heating.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

You need your own car for shopping and in case the cat needs to go to the vet! (Tipsy sometimes gets into fights with other cats!)
